Your Transit Care driver will call the evening before your trip to confirm your pickup address, pickup time, and destination. We cannot drop you off at a different location.
Contact MTM, Modivcare, or the Mississippi Division of Medicaid as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your transportation. Please also notify Transit Care of any last-minute changes.
Yes. A family member or caregiver may ride with you when permitted by your transportation benefits. Please include the additional passenger when scheduling your trip.
Yes! We would love for you to request Transit Care as your preferred transportation provider. You may also request a preferred driver, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.
Yes. Transit Care has wheelchair-accessible vehicles in our fleet. Please mention your mobility needs when scheduling so the appropriate vehicle can be arranged.
Yes. Transit Care offers private-pay transportation for individuals who do not qualify for covered transportation or prefer to pay directly. Contact our office for availability and pricing.
